Export service
FOB, CIF and EXW explained - China vehicle export
Which Incoterm to use on a China used-vehicle export, and what each side pays.
FOB is the default for China sea export: the seller covers the vehicle to the port and loading on the vessel; the buyer pays ocean freight and destination clearance. CIF moves the freight and insurance to us; EXW is for importers who run their own China logistics. Confirm the incoterm in writing before comparing totals.
