Yes. We regularly ship the GWM Fengjun to Belarus. Used-vehicle import duty there is around 0%, plus 20% VAT, applied on the CIF value. Belarus imports left-hand-drive vehicles, which matches our China stock directly.

We quote Fengjun FOB from China and can arrange RoRo or container shipping to Belarus's main port; the landed cost is FOB + freight + insurance + duty + VAT.
